摘要
文章主要讲述自动编程加工的操作过程,其构建思路为首先进入UG编程环境,其次对几何体进行分析和检查,建立加工坐标系与安全平面,再次体验UG编程的基本过程,包括创建程序、创建方法、创建刀具和创建操作等内容,最后介绍后处理的相关知识。目的使编程人员能够了解数控自动编程基础知识,同时掌握自动编程的一般加工过程。
This paper mainly describes the operation process of automatic programming and machining, its construction idea is first to enter UG programming environment, secondly to analyze and check geometry, to establish machining coordinate system and safety plane, and to experience the basic process of UG programming again. It includes creating program, creating method, creating tool, creating operation and so on. Finally, it introduces the relevant knowledge of post-processing. The objective is to enable programmers to understand the basic knowledge of CNC automatic programming and to master the general process of automatic programming at the same time.
