摘要
开发了一种贯通地线用黄铜H65大规格铸锭的新工艺。结合产品要求及加工工艺特点,认为最佳方法是提高铸锭厚度,并通过结晶器的设计和铸造速度的优化,成功生产出规格为255*600MM的合金铸锭,满足了冷加工工序对铸锭重量的要求。
A new process for large size ingot of brass H65 for ground wire was developed. According to the requirements of products and the characteristics of processing technology, it is considered that the best method is to increase the thickness of ingot. Through the design of mould and optimization of casting speed, the alloy ingot with the specification of 255*600 MM has been successfully produced, which meets the requirement of cold working process for the weight of ingot.
