摘要
为解决中国石油吉林石化公司4万t/a乙丙橡胶装置开车以来运行不稳定的问题,对装置的生产工艺、设备运行情况进行了分析,并提出相应的解决措施。结果表明:影响装置聚合系统运行稳定性的主要因素为聚合反应中气液两相平衡和循环气量;通过采取固定压缩机阀位、控制聚合及吸收塔塔底温度的措施后,产品门尼黏度的波动变小。
        In order to solve the problem of unstable operation since the start-up, the production process and the running status of equipment were analyzed and the corresponding measures were proposed in a 40 kt/a ethylene propylene rubber unit of Jilin Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that the main factors which influenced the stability of polymerization system were gas liquid phase equilibrium of polymerization and the circulation of air,the fluctuation of Mooney viscosity were smaller by adopting the fixed valve position, controlling the polymerization temperature and absorption tower bottom temperature.
