摘要
为贴近包钢白云鄂博铁精矿的真实情况,采用澳大利亚矿作为基础含铁原料,K_2O、Na_2O、氟分别以钾板岩、钠辉石岩以及CaF_2的形式加入,研究K、Na、F对球团矿形貌及组成的影响。研究表明,焙烧后大部分渣相以脉石形式存在,且空隙率较大;F易与相关氧化物反应,最终以气体形式逸出,增大团块的孔隙率;K、Na会生成很多低熔点化合物,填充于孔隙中,降低了团块的孔隙率。
Influence of K_2O,Na_2O,and fluoride on pellet morphology and composition was investigated by addition of K_2O,Na_2O and fluoride in form of potassium slate,sodium pyroxenite,and CaF_2 respectively applying ores from Australia as basics iron-bearing materials as close as to Baiyunebo iron concentrate of Baotou Steel.The results show that most of slag phase is gangue,and porosity is very large.Fluorine easily reacts with related oxides and escapes as fluoride gas to increase porosity of briquetting.Low melting point compounds produced by addition of K and Na will fill in pores and reduce porosity of briquetting.
