公路工程施工成本控制方略

摘要
随着经济的发展,我国建筑市场的竞争也来越激烈,如何减少成本、增加收益成为施工企业提高竞争力的关键所在,所以加强工程施工成本控制对企业的可持续发展有着重要意义。对公路工程施工成本控制方略进行探讨,并提出控制措施。
With the development of the economy,the competition of the construction market in China is becoming more and more fierce.How to reduce the cost and increase the income is the key to improve the competitiveness of the construction enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction cost control for the sustainable development of the enterprises.This article briefly discusses the cost control strategy of highway engineering construction,and give the solutions of control.
