摘要

结合目前现代学徒制发展的背景,以特色学院为依托,开展食品营养与检测专业现代学徒制省级人才培养试点,阐述试点的改革目标,详细分析实施内容,指出试点特色,并总结了项目存在的不足,为兄弟院校开展现代学徒制培养模式提供借鉴。
        According to the background of the development of modern apprenticeship system, this paper, based on the characteristic college, carries out the pilot project of cultivating provincial talents of modern apprenticeship system of food nutrition and testing specialty. The reform goal of the pilot project was expounded and the contents of the implementation in detail were analyzed. The characteristics of the pilot project were pointed out, and the shortcomings of the project were summarized, which can be used for reference in the colleges developing the modern apprenticeship training model.
