积分的魅力——温州少儿图书馆及温州市图书馆少儿读者服务创新实践

摘要
本文描述了温州市少年儿童图书馆和温州市图书馆以积分推动少儿读者服务的创新实践。论文首先陈述了温州市少年儿童图书馆积分制提出的缘起,进而从积分系统开发、积分体系完善和工作流程优化三个方面系统地陈述了积分制的实施过程。在此之后,介绍了温州市图书馆"儿童知识银行"的设计和运行及其取得的社会效益。
The article introduces the innovative practice of Wenzhou Children's Library and Wenzhou Library in promoting children readers' service with the reward points system. It starts with the origin of the idea of reward points in Wenzhou Children's Library, and then systematically describes the implementation process of the reward points system from three aspects: the development, the improvement, and the optimization. It concludes with an introduction to the design and operation of the Children's Knowledge Bank of Wenzhou Library and its social benefits.
