摘要
针对光辐射老化试验箱校准系统温度对光谱辐射计响应度的影响,提出了一种多阶泰勒多项式拟合温度修正方法;对校准系统光谱辐射计的温度效应进行修正后,可使光谱辐射计在0~55℃的不同温度下光谱响应误差小于2%。
        As to the influence on spectral radiometer responsiveness from the calibration system temperature of radiation aging test chamber,a temperature correction method of multi order Taylor polynomial fitting for spectral radiometer is developed. After correct the temperature effects of spectral radiometer in calibration system,the deviation of spectral response is less than 2% over the temperature range from 0 ℃ to 55 ℃.
