摘要
针对现有风力发电机功率密度较小,运输成本高,容错性较差等问题,本文提出一种新型笼障转子耦合双定子无刷双馈风力发电机。该种电机内部谐波磁场丰富,损耗较大,导致其在运行时温升较高。然而温升对电机性能具有较大的影响,因此对其准确计算至关重要。本文介绍了该种电机的总体结构,建立传热三维物理模型和数学模型,给定相关基本假设和边界条件,采用有限元方法对温度场进行了仿真计算,得到了各部件温升的分布规律,并对比分析了不同的机壳材料、冷却介质以及流速等条件下双定子无刷双馈发电机温度分布情况。本文为后续该种发电机冷却系统的设计优化提供了依据。
        In order to solve the problems of low power density, high transportation cost and poor fault tolerance of the existing wind generator, this paper proposes a new type of cage-barrier rotor coupled double stator brushless doubly-fed wind generator. This kind of generator has rich harmonic magnetic field and large loss, which leads to higher temperature rise during operation. However, the temperature rise has a great influence on various indexes of the generator, so accurate calculation of the temperature rise is crucial. This paper firstly introduces the overall structure of this kind of generator. Then, a three-dimensional physical model and a mathematical model of heat transfer are established. Based on the basic assumptions and boundary conditions, the finite element method(FEM) is utilized to simulate the temperature field and the distribution rules of temperature rise of each component are obtained. Finally, the calculation of the temperature field of the double-stator brushless doubly-fed generator under different casing materials, cooling media, and flow velocity are performed, which provides a theoretical basis for the cooling system design and optimization on this type of generator in the future.
