高等师范院校师范文化重构研究——基于X师范院校师范大学生教师意识现状

摘要
文化建设是师范院校建设的重要内容,师范文化是师范教育的灵魂。师范教育改革困难大的主要原因是长期以来师范文化的缺失,突出表现为师范大学生缺乏教师意识。以X师范院校为例调查研究表明师范大学生教师意识严重不足,在职业目标、认识、行动上欠缺;师范院校的师范性不浓厚在办学方向和人才培养方案、课程设置方面没有突出其师范特色。建议师范院校在"教师教育振兴计划"背景下,在师范文化建设上采取积极措施,推进师范教育的改革和发展。
Cultural construction is an important part of the construction of normal colleges. Teacher culture is the soul of teacher education. The main reason of the difficulty of teacher education reform is the lack of teacher culture for a long time,especially the lack of teacher consciousness. Taking the X Normal College as an example,the research shows that the teacher's consciousness is seriously insufficient and lacks professional goals,awareness,and actions. Teacher training colleges are not very strong in the direction of running schools and talents training programs,curriculum,did not highlight their teacher characteristics. It is suggested that normal colleges should take active measures to promote the reform and development of teacher education in the context of the"teacher education revitalization plan".
