摘要

本文重申档案的价值以及档案库房温湿度监控的意义,立足基层档案库房的特点,指出实际工作中档案库房温湿度监控的问题所在,分析问题产生的主要原因,并进一步剖析、研究相关影响因素。通过揭示档案库房温湿度监控的实质,确立管理目标,结合实践总结所得的经验,提出构建基层档案库房温湿度监控保障体系,延长档案寿命,实现档案价值。
        The value of archives and the importance of monitoring temperature and humidity in archival repository was reiterated. Based on the characteristic of grass-roots archival repository, the article points out existing problems of monitoring the temperature and humidity in archival repository, analyzes the primary causes, and makes further analyses and researches on related influence factors. It establishes the management objective by revealing the essence of monitoring temperature and humidity in archival repository. Combining with the summary of practice experience, it puts forward to construct a security system for monitoring temperature and humidity in grass-roots archival repository, in order to extend the life of archives and realize the value of it.
