“温灸盒”灸联合穴位注射治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留临床研究

摘要
目的观察"温灸盒"灸下腹部(神阙、中极、关元、气海)联合新斯的明注射液穴位注射对比单纯新斯的明注射液穴位注射治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将肛肠病手术后发生尿潴留的患者128例随机分为两组,每组均为64例,对照组采用穴位(三阴交)注射新斯的明0.5 mg治疗方法,治疗组采用"温灸盒"灸下腹部(神阙、中极、关元、气海)联合穴位(三阴交)注射新斯的明0.5 mg的治疗方法;比较观察两组患者治疗后临床尿潴留的症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为89.06%,对照组总有效率为76.56%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "温灸盒"灸下腹部联合新斯的明穴位注射比单纯采用新斯的明穴位注射治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect"warm moxibustion box"moxibustion at the lower abdomen( CV 8,CV3,CV4,CV6) combined with neostigmine needle acupuncture point injection and pure neostigmine point injection in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention after anorectal disease. Methods 128 cases of patients with postoperative urine retention of anorectal disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 64 cases in each group. The control group used acupuncture points( SP6) 0. 5 mg injection of neostigmine treatment. The treatment group used "warm moxibustion box"moxibustion at the lower abdomen( CV 8,CV3,CV4,CV6)combined with acupuncture points( SP6) 0. 5 mg injection of neostigmine. The improvement on the clinical symptoms of urinary retention treated by different therapies was study. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89. 06%,total effective rate of the control group was 76. 56 and %,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of "warm moxibustion box"moxibustion at the lower abdomen( CV 8,CV3,CV4,CV6) combined with neostigmine needle acupuncture point injection was better than that of neostigmine needle acupuncture point injection in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention of anorectal disease.
