摘要
随着中国城市的迅速崛起和城市化水平的迅速提高,越来越多的城市居民渴望回归自然、返璞归真来释放生活压力。在这一时代背景下应运而生的承德市"农家乐"旅游,为现代都市居民提供了走出城市、亲近自然的新途径。而作为排在第一位的"吃",餐饮占据着"农家乐"旅游的重要地位,同时也是重要的旅游吸引物。承德市"农家乐"餐饮资源丰富且独具特色,但尚未形成一定的规模和品牌化。通过实地调研承德市"农家乐"餐饮发展现状,分析承德市"农家乐"餐饮存在的问题,并提出相应的提升策略。
With the rapid rise of the Chinese cities and rapid improvement of urbanization level, more and more urban residents are eager to return to nature to release the stress of life. Under the background of era, "agritainment" tourism in Chengde city came into being, which provides a new way for modern urban residents to get out the city and get close to nature. Food and beverage, the top one element of tourism, occupies an important position in "agritainment" tourism and is also an important tourist attraction. The catering resources of "agritainment" in Chengde city are rich and unique, but have not yet formed dimensions and branding. Based on the field investigation of the development status of catering "agritainment" in Chengde city, this paper analyzes the existing problems of catering "agritainment" tourism of Chengde, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies.
