从阴阳浅谈肾性高血压

摘要
阴阳者,万物对立统一之根本。肾性高血压的主要发病机制为肾脏受损,精气内伤,脏腑阴阳失调,阴虚阳亢,虚阳上扰清窍。阴阳失衡为本病之根本,外邪、季节、昼夜等外界环境变化,脏腑阴损阳亢、气机不畅;因五脏生克相关,气血津液的变化以及风、火、痰、瘀等实邪均可使机体阴阳失衡、气血逆乱而致肾性高血压。治疗上,应以调整阴阳盛衰合以去邪为主。肾性高血压以肾损为先,多脏同时受累,兼以邪气扰乱气机,故应以调节发病之始脏——肾的阴阳平衡为要,滋肝肾之阴,潜肝之阳,祛除实邪,最终达到机体之阴平阳秘。
The yin and yang are the fundamentals of the unity of all things.The main pathogenesis of renal hypertension is kidney damage,internal gas injury,the disorders between Yin and Yang of the Zang and Fu,Yang excessiveness due to Yin deficiency,and Yang affecting clear orifices.The imbalance between Yin and Yang is the root of the disease.The external environment such as external evils,seasons,and day and night changes,the viscera being damaged by impotence,the abnormal Qi movement,the five internal organs being related,the generation-inhibition relationship between five elements.The changes of Qi and Blood and Fluid as well as the Evils such as Wind,Fire,Phlegm and Stasis would make the Yin and Yang imbalance within human body as well as Qi and Blood reversal,which would cause renal hypertension.In terms of treatment,it is necessary to adjust the Yin and Yang as well as dispelling the Evils.Renal hypertension is caused by kidney damage first,and then other organs are involved in.Besides,the Evil Qi disturbs the Qi movement.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the Yin and Yang balance of the Kidney,namely,nourishing the Yin of Liver and Kidney as well as suppressing hyperactive the Yang of the Kidney.In addition,the excessive Evil should be eliminated.Eventually,the balance between Yin and Yang would be achieved.
