摘要

介绍王秀霞教授从肝阳虚治疗经间期出血的临证经验。认为肝阳不足、疏藏失职是经间期出血的主要病机。将温补肝阳、理气调经作为治疗此病的首要原则。注重温肝阳药物的运用,临床常用温肝调经汤加减治疗。
        This paper introduces Professor Wang Xiuxia 's clinical experience in the treatment of intermenstrual bleeding from deficiency of liver yang. She considers the main pathogenesis of intermenstrual bleeding as deficiency of liver yang and dysfunction of dispersion and storing blood. She proposes that the first principles of treatment are warming and nourishing liver yang and regulating qi and regulating menstruation. She pays attention to the application of drugs with effects of warming liver yang,the modified Wengan Tiaojing Decoction is commonly used in the clinical treatment.
