国医大师李佃贵治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验

摘要
李佃贵教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎,认为浊毒内蕴是致病关键,脾胃虚弱乃发病之本,痈疡内生为局部病理变化。治疗上强调分期论治,标本兼顾;病症相合,宏微相参;多措并施,内外共举;治调相合,愈后防复。特色鲜明,疗效确切,为临床辨治提供参考。
Professor LI Dian-gui believes that turbidity is the key to treats ulcerative colitis, spleen and stomach deficiency is the main cause of the disease, endogenous carbuncle is a local pathological change. The treatment emphasizes the treatment of staging, and both manifestation and root cause are taken into consideration; the diseases are coincided with symptoms,the macro and the micro-coherence; the multi-measures and the internal and external measures are taken; the treatment and the reconciliation are combined. It has distinct characteristics and definite curative effect in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
