摘要

云和县率先在全国开展公益林未来补偿收益权质押贷款的新尝试,在乡村振兴中发挥了巨大的作用,充分体现了"绿水青山就是金山银山",根据多年的工作实践,分析云和县的公益林补偿收益权质押贷款的现状,提出了对策建议。
        Yunhe County took the lead in launching a new attempt to pledge loans for the future compensation of the public welfare forests in the country. And played a huge role in the rural revitalization, fully embodies the"Green Mountain Green Mountain is Jinshan Yinshan".Based on years of work experience,this paper analyzes the status quo of the compensation rights of the public welfare forests in Yunhe County,and proposes countermeasures.
