消囊丸联合消囊汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征

摘要
目的:观察消囊丸联合消囊汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:将200例多囊卵巢综合征患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组100例。治疗组服用多囊丸联合多囊汤,多囊丸每次服用6 g,每日两次,连服3个月为1个疗程,经期停服,经后继服。同时配以消囊汤,每日两次,连服3个月为1个疗程,经期停服,经后继服。对照组闭经患者服用黄体酮胶囊100 mg,每日两次,连服6 d,出现撤药性出血的第5天服用炔雌醇环丙黄体酮片,每次服用2 mg,每日1次,连服21 d,3个月为1个疗程。月经正常来潮后第5天,继续服用炔雌醇环丙黄体酮片,每次服用2 mg,每日1次,连服21 d,3个月为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后性激素水平、治疗后排卵及妊娠情况、中医症状积分变化等,评估临床用药安全性。结果:治疗组有效率83.8%,对照组有效率61.6%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状积分明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者在治疗过程中未见严重不良反应,肝肾功能未见明显异常。结论:消囊丸联合消囊汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效显著,明显改善卵巢功能,有效促进排卵。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiao Nang Wan pill combined with Xiao Nang Tang Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:200 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into the control group and the treatment group by digital random method,100 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaonang Pill with 6 g each time and twice a day combined with Xiaonang Decoction,twice a day.Three months was a course of treatment,except for the menstruation period.Patients with amenorrhea in the control group were given progesterone capsules 100 mg,two times a day,for 6 days.On the fifth day of drug withdrawal when bleeding occurs,patients were given Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets,2 mg per day,once a day,for 21 days.Three months was a course of treatment.The sex hormone levels before and after treatment,ovulation,pregnancy,TCM symptom integral change and other clinical effects were observed,and the safety of clinical medication was evaluated in the two groups.Results:the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.8%,and the effective rate of the control group was 61.6%.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups,and there was no obvious abnormality in liver and kidney function.Conclusion:The combination of Xiaonang Pill and Xiaonang Decoction is effective in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.It can improve the ovarian function obviously and promote ovulation effectively.
