摘要
本文通过对南京、上海和安徽地区310位高校教师团队成员的问卷调查,考察了高校教师个体的组织认同在组织社会化与进谏行为之间的中介作用及传统性对组织认同和进谏行为关系的调节作用。结果表明:组织认同在组织社会化与进谏行为之间起到部分中介作用;教师的传统性对组织认同和进谏行为起到负向调节作用,即教师的传统性越高,组织认同对进谏行为的正向影响越弱。
