小儿急性腹泻应用布拉氏酵母菌治疗的疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响

摘要
为探讨小儿急性腹泻应用布拉氏酵母菌治疗的疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响,选取于我院就诊的92例小儿急性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各46例,对照组给予常规疗法治疗(补液、抗病毒、蒙脱石散口服等),研究组在常规治疗基础上给予布拉氏酵母菌口服治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后细胞免疫指标。结果显示,研究组总有效率(93.48%,43/46)明显高于对照组(78.26%,36/46),P<0.05。2组治疗前细胞免疫指标(CD~3+、CD4~+、CD8~+)比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后研究组细胞免疫指标优于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,小儿急性腹泻应用布拉氏酵母菌口服治疗,可提高临床疗效,提高患儿细胞免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。
To explore the effect of Bolulard yeast in the treatment of infantile acute diarrhea(IAD),and its influence on patients, cellular immunity function(CIF),92 cases of IAD who received treatment in author's hospital were randomly divided into control group(46 cases,received routine therapy,i.e,infusion,antivirus, oral montmorillonite powder, etc.) and research group(46 cases, routine therapy plus Bolulard's yeast orally administering),then both groups' clinical effect and cellular immunity indexes before and after treatment were compared.As results,in total effective rate research group was significantly higher than control group[93.48%(43/46) vs 78, 26%( 36/46),P< 0. 05]; before treatment in cellular immanity indexes(CD3~+,CD4~+, CD8~+) there was no statistical difference between the two groups( P >0.05), but after treatment research group was superior to control group( P <0.05).Results show that for IAD orally administering Bolulard's yeast can enhance clinical effect and patients' cellular immunity function.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
