摘要
目的探讨新生儿干血片苯丙氨酸(Phe)水平与不同胎龄、出生体重的关系。方法从2018年收集的标本中选出早产儿标本1824份,采用荧光法测定干滤纸血片苯丙氨酸含量,结合胎龄和出生体重等相关信息进行分组统计分析。结果早产儿低体重儿Phe水平高于足月儿组,差别有统计学意义。延迟2w采血后,Phe水平整体下降,差别有统计学意义。结论胎龄和出生体重都会影响Phe的检测。对于早产儿、低体重儿苯丙酮尿症的诊断,应充分了解新生儿的状况。
        Objective:To investigate relationships between concentration of phenylalanine and the different birth weight and gestational age. Methods:A total of 1 842 newborn infants born in Beijing in 2018 were recruited as research subjects. Then the concentration of phenylalanine in dry blood filter paper was detected by fluorescence assay and the screening results were analyzed according to different groups divided by gestational age,birth weight and the time of blood collection. Results:Phenylalanine concentration of preterm infants and low birth weight infants were higher than that of full-term infants. There were significant differences between groups. Phenylalanine concentration of preterm infants and low birth weight infants in delay screen over two weeks was declined. Conclusion:The gestational age,birth weight and time of blood collection have effect on the detection of phenylalanine. Phenylketonuria diagnosis should be considered the specific situation of preterm infants and low birth weight infants.
