阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果

摘要
目的观察阿奇霉素序贯疗法在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取高唐县人民医院于2018年1-6月间收治的82例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,随机将其分为观察组、对照组各41例,其中观察组接受阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,对照组接受常规治疗,观察两组治疗效果及临床症状改善时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法具有良好的临床应用价值,有助于改善肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的症状,值得进一步推广。
Objective To study the clinical application value of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 82 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Gaotang Country People's Hospital from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group. The observation group received azithromycin sequential therapy,while the control group received routine treatment. The therapeutic effect and the improvement time of clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%, higher than 82.83% of the control group. The times of antipyretic,cough disappearance and lung rale disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy has good clinical application value,which is helpful to improve the symptoms of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and is worthy of further promotion.
