摘要
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(MEE)是性能优良的酯-醚型非离子表面活性剂,其合成关键是乙氧基化催化剂。本文用共沉淀法合成镁铝复合氧化物催化剂,系统考察了催化剂制备的各种影响因素,且通过BET、XRD、DSC、红外光谱等表征表明当Al/Mg比0.4∶1、老化时间16 h、反应时间50 min、Na/(Al+Mg)比2.6、焙烧温度400℃时,镁铝复合氧化物催化剂的比表面积可达212.72 m~2/g,为MEE的催化反应奠定基础。
        Methyl Ester Ethoxylates(MEE) is a kind of good performance of ester-ether type nonionic surfactant, and the catalyst is the key. In this paper, a series of Mg-Al complex oxide catalyst were synthesized by coprecipitation method, and some influencing factors were investigated. In addition, BET, XRD, DSC and FT-IR were used to analyze the catalyst. The results show that catalyst is well enough because its specific surface area reached 212 m~2/g, under the reaction time of 50 min, aging time of 16 h, the activation temperature of 400 ℃, with molar ratio of Al/Mg of 0.4:1 and molar ratio of Na/(Al+Mg) of 2.6. The catalyst with complete crystal forms and good thermal stability pave the way for catalytic reaction of MEE.
