摘要
超低氮燃气热水锅炉,从安全、节能、减排着手,在出力达到满负荷时,NO_x的排放能降到30 mg/m~3(标态)以下,满足客户超低氮排放需求,具有较好的经济与社会效益。对炉胆制造的旋压设备进行了改造,满足材料为Q345R,直径1 800×18大炉胆制造需要。
        Start with safe,energy saving and emission reduction,ultra-low nitrogen gas-fired hot water boilers can reduce the emission of NO_xto less than 30 mg/Nm~3 when their output reaches full load,meets the needs of customers for ultra-low nitrogen emission and has good economic and social benefits. The spinning equipment for the manufacture of furnace was reformed to meet the requirement for the manufacture of large diameter furnace with material Q345 R and diameter of 1 800 mm × 18 mm.
