国产化湿法制酸技术处理炼厂含硫化氢废气

摘要
湿法制酸技术是处理含硫化氢废气的最佳工艺,介绍了其发展历程、工艺原理及特点,并以国内两套采用国产化湿法制酸技术回收炼厂含硫化氢废气的装置为例,说明采用该工艺硫回收率高达99.0%~99.9%,尾气排放浓度优于国家标准,且不产生需要二次处理的污染物,可副产高压过热蒸汽,还可采用该技术处理废硫酸,值得推广应用。
        Wet-process sulfuric acid technology is the best technology to process H_2S-containing offgas. The history,process principles and features of the technology are described. Through the example of two units utilizing Chinese wet-process sulfuric acid technology to process H_2S-containing offgas from refinery,it is indicated that the sulfur recovery rate is up to 99.0% ~ 99.9%,the tailgas emission concentration is better than the national standard,and it will not produce any pollutants which would require secondary treatment. It can produce high-pressure superheated steam as a by-product. The technology can also be used to process spend sulfuric acid,which is worthy of promotion.
