摘要

随着互联网的发展和普及,李克强总理提出的"互联网+"计划引领了全国工业进入创新改革2.0时代。相比于传统的财务管理方式和传统的财务管理软件,ERP(企业资源计划)能够适应经济体制改革与创新,从而促进企业发展。本文立足于铜陵有色的财务管理现状,运用SWOT模型来分析ERP对集团公司财务管理的影响,并对ERP在财务管理中如何更好地发挥优势提出建议。
        Absract :With the development and popularization of the Internet,the "Internet Plus" plan put forward by Premier Li Keqiang has led the country into the era of innovation and reform 2.0.Compared with traditional financial management mode and traditional financial management software,ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) can adapt to the reform and innovation of economic system and promote the development of enterprises.Based on the current financial management situation of Tongling Nonferrous Metals co.,Ltd.,this paper uses the SWOT model to analyze the influence of ERP system on the group's financial management,and puts forward some suggestions on how to give full play to the advantages of ERP in the financial management.
