摘要
山钢日照精品基地新建焦炉采用了炉内脱硝技术,属于国内首次应用。为了验证该技术的脱硝效率,在试验条件已具备的情况下进行了炉内脱硝试验。试验认为在焦炉喷氨点气流温度达到设计值情况下,焦炉炉内脱硝的效率完全可以达到40%以上,为焦炉全面投入运行提供了数据依据。
        For the first time in china, the de-NOxtechnology of coke oven heat indoor flue gas is used in new coke oven of Shan-steel Rizhao Fine products Base. In order to verify the efficiency of the technology, the de-NOx test in coke oven was carried out under the condition that the test conditions had been met. The test results show that the efficiency of denitrification in coke oven can reach more than 40% under the condition that the temperature of ammonia injection point reaches the design value, which provides the data basis for the coke oven to be put into operation in an all-round way.
