摘要
基于石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺喷淋塔结构特点,本文对垢淀进行了分类和定义,简述了结垢危害,按照垢淀形成机理重点分析了循环浆液成分、离子、粉尘、氧化、密度、pH值、液位对系统设备结垢的影响,提出设计输入、吸收塔浆液池设计、辅助系统配置、氧化风机选型、管栅式氧化空气喷管布置、运行参数控制等防治途径,并就氟磷酸钙、亚硫酸钙不溶络合物包裹石灰石颗粒提出专项应对措施。
Based on the structural features of spray tower in the Limestone-gypsum wet FGD technique, this paper described classifications and definitions of the scale precipitation and the existing danger of scaling. According to the mechanism on precipitation formation, the author puts forward control measures, such as design input, design of scrubber slurry pond,auxiliary system configuration, selection of oxidatin air blowers, layout of oxidation air grid distribution pipe, control of operational parameters, after analyzing the impact on scaling of system equipment at circulation slurry composition, ion,dust, oxidation, density and pH values, liquid level. In addition, it proposed special measures to prevent fluorapatite and calcium sulfite insoluble complex coating limestone particles.
