小城镇生态治理困境及其现代化转型

摘要
本文首先阐述了当前我国小城镇生态治理所面临的实际困境,接着从积极培育小城镇的绿色文化、构建小城镇多元主体合作治理的体系、实现生态治理的文明化和科学化、逐步完善生态治理的各项制度体系四个方面,综合全面地探讨了小城镇生态治理的现代化转型。
This paper first expounds the practical difficulties faced by the current ecological management of small towns in China, and then actively cultivates the green culture of small towns, builds a system of multi-subject cooperation and management of small towns, realizes the civilization and scientificization of ecological governance, and gradually improves the ecology. Four aspects of the various institutional systems of governance have comprehensively and comprehensively explored the modernization of ecological management in small towns.
