摘要
本课题以锦纶6.POY条干波谱图为研究对象,通过排查POY条干值偏高的原因,运用对其条干仪波谱图反映工艺设备疵点的计算和分析,对减少锦纶6.POY条干值进行了方法探讨。通过实施定时清洁纺丝侧吹风冷却吹风系统的方法,减低了POY原丝的条干不匀率,使车间DTY产品的AA率得到明显提高,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
        This paper takes nylon 6.POY yarn dry spectrum as the research object. By investigating the main reasons for the high dry value of POY yarn and using the calculation and analysis of its dry spectrum to reflect the defects of process equipment, the method to reduce the dry value of nylon 6.POY yarn is discussed. The main factors of side air cooling blowing system for timing clean spinning are implemented, the irregularity of POY yarn is reduced, and DTY products in workshop are made. AA rate has been significantly improved, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
