保妇康联合干扰素治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨保妇康联合干扰素治疗慢性宫颈炎联合HPV感染的临床效果,旨在为临床上更好的对慢性宫颈炎联合HPV感染的患者进行治疗提供依据。方法选取2017年6月—2018年8月间在医院接受治疗的慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的患者126例,采取随机分组原则随机分为实验组和对照组,各63例,对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b栓的单一给药,实验组在对照组的基础上联合使用选用保妇康栓治疗,最后观察疗效如何。结果实验组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组HPV转阴率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论保妇康联合干扰素治疗慢性宫颈炎联合HPV感染具有良好的治疗效果,效果显著,具有很好的临床应用效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of baofukang combined with interferon in the treatment of chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection, in order to provide a basis for better treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection. Methods Atotal of 126 patients with chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 63 cases in each group. The control group was received single administration, recombinant human interferon α-2 b suppository, and the experimental group was combined use baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group, Finally, the effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).HPV negative conversion rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Baofukang combined with interferon in the treatment of chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection has a good therapeutic effect, with remarkable effect and good clinical application effect.
