摘要
以苯酚为原料,采用流体化学技术,依次经醋酐酯化和酸催化Fries重排反应合成了对羟基苯乙酮,其结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和MS(ESI)确证。使用流体化学反应技术合成对羟基苯乙酮具有操作简便、反应选择性好和产品收率高等优点。
        p-Hydroxyacetophenone was synthesized using phenol as the raw material through esterification and Fries rearrangement under acid condition. Both steps were carried out under continuous flow conditions. The structure was confirmed by ~1H NMR, ~(13)C NMR and MS(ESI). Synthesizing p-hydroxyacetophenone via flow chemistry has several advantages such as simple operation, good selectivity, high yield, etc.
