There are many rare earth deposits in the granite weathering layer in South China, and the main mining technology is the solution mining technology. The leaching process is mainly to inject chemical reagents into the granite weathering layer by drilling, and extract the leaching solution from the leaching point to obtain the required elements. The significant environmental impact of the process is that chemical agents will be directly involved in the regional biogeochemical cycle, and change the hydrochemical type. The results show that the water chemistry types are mainly HCO_3-Na,HCO_3-Ca·Na and HCO_3-Na·Ca,while the water chemical types are mainly SO_4-,Na·Ca,or SO_4,-Ca. and Na under the condition of solution mining. The results of this study provide a useful reference for future mine water conservation. The research results will be useful for future water environment protection in mining.
