摘要
为制备具有高通量、低传质阻力及高吸附容量的亲和膜,利用溶液喷射纺丝技术制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)纳米纤维膜,对其进行活化偶联赖氨酸亲和配基后制得了新型纳米纤维亲和膜,探讨了温度、时间和pH值对其吸附胆红素的影响.结果表明:所得纤维直径范围为50~250 nm,纤维呈三维卷曲形态,杂乱堆积形成蓬松高孔隙率的纳米纤维膜,水通量可达到0.42 mL/(cm~2·s);经赖氨酸表面修饰后,对胆红素具有良好的吸附性能,最大吸附量可达378.69 mg/g.
        In order to prepare the affinity membrane with the advantages of high flux, low mass transfer resistance and high adsorption capacity, polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) nanofiber membrane was fabricated using solution blowing process and lysine was further immobilized onto its surface for affinity adsorption of bilirubin consideration of effects of time, temperature and pH value. The results showed that the nanofibers mostly ranged from 50 nm to 250 nm in diameter, and they were distributed randomly to form a three-dimensional mat with high porosity and high flux of 0.42 mL/(cm~2·s). Lysine modified nanofibers showed affinity adsorption of bilirubin with high adsorption capacity of 378.69 mg/g.
