摘要
目的探究溶血标本对生化检验结果准确性的影响。方法选取2014年4月—2016年12月在我院健康体检中心接受体检的健康人200例作为研究对象,所有研究对象均抽取两份血液标本进行生化检验,一份为未溶血标本,一份为人工溶血处理的溶血标本;收集两种标本的生化检验结果。结果溶血组的AST、CK、CK-MB、TP、K+均高于未溶血组,且Na+低于未溶血组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的ALB、UA、Scr、TG、HDL对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);随着溶血浓度的增加,AST、CK、CK-MB、TP、Na+、K+的变化值也明显增大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液标本的溶血性会对部分生化检验指标的结果产生影响,而检验结果的变化情况与溶血标本的Hb有关,可以通过溶血标本的Hb浓度校正生化检验结果。
        Objective To explore the effect of hemolytic samples on the accuracy of biochemical test results. Methods 200 healthy people who received physical examination from April 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital physical examination center were selected as research subjects. Two blood samples were taken for biochemical tests. One sample was hemolysis, and one hemolytic sample was treated by artificial hemolysis. The biochemical test results of two kinds of specimens were collected. Results The AST, CK, CK-MB, TP and K+ in hemolysis group were higher than those in the non-hemolytic group, and Na+ was lower than that in the non-hemolytic group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The difference of ALB, UA, Scr, TG and HDL between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). With the increase of hemolysis concentration, the change values of AST, CK, CK-MB, TP, Na+ and K+ also increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The hemolysis of the blood samples will affect the results of some biochemical test indicators, and the change of the test results is related to the Hb of the hemolytic specimen. The results of the biochemical test can be corrected through the concentration of Hb in the hemolytic specimen.
