摘要
以原生地(香格里拉、昆明)的滇牡丹和栽培牡丹品种为材料,利用凤丹牡丹作砧木及覆盖薄膜保温保湿措施对其进行嫁接繁殖、植株生长和开花结实性状比较研究。结果表明,滇牡丹和栽培品种嫁接成活率受温度、湿度环境影响较大,覆盖薄膜保温保湿嫁接成活率分别达67%~72%和76%~82%,而无覆盖薄膜保温保湿嫁接成活率仅为26%~32%和38%~53%;滇牡丹与凤丹牡丹砧木有良好的亲和性,嫁接苗植株生长旺盛,当年就能开花结实;嫁接苗木收集保存了一批滇牡丹不同花色类型的种质资源。研究结果暗示可通过嫁接方法异地收集保存滇牡丹种质资源和直接开发利用滇牡丹
        To take the native Paeonia delavayi from Shangri-la and Kunming and cultivated peony varieties as materials while Paeonia ostii as the stock, covering film insulation moisture measures were used for the grafting propagation, the study was made for comparasion on the plants growth and flowering character. The results showed that the grafting survival rate of Paeonia delavayi and cultivars were greatly influenced by environmental temperature, humidity. The grafting survival rate for the peony with covered film insulation moisture was 67%-72% and 76%-82%, respectively, while the survival rate for the peony without covering film insulation moisture was only 26%-32% and 38%-53%, respectively. There was good affinity between the Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia ostii, the grafting plants grew very well, flowering and fruiting at the same year when planting. Grafting seedlings collected and preserved a batch of germplasm resources of different patterns of Paeonia delavayi. The results of the study suggest that grafting can be used to collect and preserve the germplasm resources, and development and utilization of Paeonia delavayi can be done directly.
