摘要
针对常规调驱剂在哈得油田高温高矿化度油藏调驱效果差的问题,通过吸水膨胀实验、柔韧性实验、岩心驱替实验和现场先导试验对插层凝胶颗粒调驱剂进行了性能评价与现场应用。性能评价结果表明:该插层凝胶颗粒可均匀分散在溶液中,与地层水的配伍性良好;在哈得油田地层水条件下,颗粒吸水膨胀倍数达5倍以上,韧性系数达0.9以上,具有较好的耐温抗盐和吸水膨胀性能;向不同渗透率岩心注入插层凝胶颗粒,封堵率都达到90%以上。采用插层凝胶颗粒在哈得油田东河砂岩油组进行了深部调剖先导现场试验,截至2018年10月底,已累计增油1.7×10~4 t,取得了较好的开发效果。
        Aiming at the problem of the conventional profile control agent which has poor effect in high temperature and high salinity reservoir of Hade oilfield, the performance evaluation and application of the intercalative gel particles control agent were taken through water swelling test, flexibility test, core flowing gradiometer test and field test. The results indicated that the intercalative gel particles can be uniformly dispersed in the solution, which has good cooperation with the formation water. The water-absorption expansion multiple of the particles is more than 5 times, and toughness factor can be more than 0.9 in formation water of Hade oilfield, Therefore the intercalative gel particles has better resistance to high temperature and high salinity. In the process of injecting the intercalative gel particles into cores with different permeability, the blocking rate of each group can reach more than 90%.The intercalative gel particles deep profile control agent was applied in Ha 4 block of Hade oilfield, which has obtained an accumulative oil increment by 17 000 t until the end of October 2018, and had good development effects.
