滑雪运动损伤原因分析——河北省某滑雪场调查

摘要
目的滑雪运动是具有高度危险性的运动项目,滑雪运动爱好者经常受伤,分析滑雪运动损伤原因,探讨预防滑雪运动损伤的措施。方法通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和统计分析法随机选取河北云顶滑雪场滑雪爱好者,对有损伤者运动损伤原因进行调查,分析损伤特点及主要致伤原因,探讨预防措施。结果常见的滑雪运动损伤主要包括擦伤、扭伤、挫伤及骨折,致伤原因主要为激烈对抗及不合理冲撞、疲劳、自我保护意识缺乏及动作技术失误等。结论预防滑雪运动损伤的措施包括提高安全意识,选择好滑雪运动装备与器材,完善安全保障与医疗救护体系。
Objective Skiing is a highly dangerous sport.Skiing enthusiasts are often injured.To analyze the causes of skiing injuries and explore preventive measures of skiing injury.Methods Through the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis,ski enthusiasts were randomly selected from Hebei Yunding Skiing Resorts,to investigate the causes of sports injuries,analyze the characteristics of injuries and the main causes of injuries,and explore preventive measures.ResultsThe main common skiing injuries were bruises,sprains,contusions and fractures.The main causes were fierce confrontation and irrational collision,fatigue,lack of self-protection awareness and movement technique errors.Conclusion Measures to prevent skiing injury include improving safety awareness,selecting appropriate skiing equipment and in strument,and improving safety and medical care systems.
