光纤环绕制中滞后角控制的研究

摘要
为提升光纤环绕制设备的排线性能,避免不合理绕制滞后角引起的各类绕制缺陷和绕制错误,在对绕制滞后角的几何位置与受力分析进行研究的基础上,建立了滞后角、光纤间隙和光纤上线终点三者之间的数学模型;并通过对绕制初始时刻滞后角引起错误绕制现象进行分析,提出了在绕制初始时刻对该滞后角进行合理补偿的方法。实验结果表明:合适的滞后角可以有效避免绕制缺陷的产生,使用该换层绕制初始时刻滞后角补偿方法可以消除绕制错误的现象,实现光纤环绕制设备的精密排线和自动化缠绕。
        To improve the winding performance of optical fiber coil winding system and avoid various types of winding defects and winding errors caused by unreasonable lay angle,the geometry and force of lag angle were analyzed. The mathematical model among the lag angle,the gap and the end of contacted optical fiber was built,and the lay angle compensation method were put forward by analyzing the winding errors caused by the lag angle at the winding initial time. The results show that the appropriate lag angle can effectively avoid the winding defect,and using the lag angle compensation method can eliminate winding errors at winding initial time,which realize the precision winding and automatic winding.
