消化内镜专科护士培训中应用PDCA循环培训的效果研究

摘要
目的探究消化内镜专科护士培训中应用PDCA循环培训的效果。方法于2016年1月开始对我院消化内镜专科护士实施PDCA循环进行培训,对实施后(2016年1—12月)护理人员的护理质量评分、医生对护士配合的技能满意度进行统计,并与实施前(2015年1—12月)进行比较。结果实施后,护士的护理质量评分为(89.24±5.74)分,相比实施前[(81.46±4.61)分]明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,医生对护士配合的技能满意度为96.67%,相比实施前(76.67%)明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化内镜专科护士采取PDCA循环法进行培训,能显著提高护理质量,增加医生对护理工作的满意度,达到默契配合医生完成高难度内镜微创术,有效减少并发症发生的目的。
Objective To explore the digestive endoscopy specialist nurse training in the training effectiveness of the application of PDCA cycle. Methods To implement PDCA cycle in our hospital digestive endoscopy specialist nurse training from January 2016, after the implementation of(from January to December 2016) the score of nursing quality, nursing staff of doctors nurses coordination skills and satisfaction, and before the implementation(from January to December 2015) were compared. Results After implementation, the nursing quality score of nurses was(89.24 ± 5.74) points, which was significantly higher than before(81.46 ± 4.61) points, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After implementation, doctors' satisfaction with nursing skills was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that before implementation(76.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The training of digestive tract endoscopy specialist nurses with PDCA cycle method can significantly improve the quality of care, to increase the doctor's satisfaction with the nursing work, achieve tacit understanding, doctors complete difficult endoscopic minimally invasive surgery, effectively reduce complications.
