摘要
本文从产品质量升级的角度出发,通过新型"四辊轧机"的构成方式、孔型系统、表面变形和应力状态与两辊轧机存在的差别和特点,提出"四辊轧机"与连铸拉坯速度相匹配,在连铸坯液芯位置上实施大压下量变形,从而改善连铸坯内部质量的新方法来构建未来新型特殊钢长材的生产工厂。文中对区别于传统两辊轧机的"四辊轧机"特点做了详细介绍,对新型工厂利用"四辊轧机"在连铸上应用解决疏松、缩孔、偏析及表面裂纹缺陷的原理进行了分析,对"四辊轧机"连轧机组与连铸结合,形成后续产品延伸,打造能源节约型工艺流程生产线,提出了发展构想。
        This paper is from the angle of upgrading of product quality,the difference and characteristics of formation way of new "Four Rollers Mill",pass system,surface deformation,stress state and two rollers mill,put forward "Four Rollers Mill"and continuous casting speed matching,large pressure cause the amount of deformation at the continuous casting slab liquid core position,the new method of improving internal quality of continuous casting billet can build production factory of new special steel long products in the future.In this paper,different from the traditional two rolls mill",Four Rollers Mill"characteristics are introduced in detail,the new factory use"Four Rollers Mill"analyzes the application principle to solve the loose,shrinkage hole,segregation and surface cracks in continuous casting,the combination of"Four Rollers Mill"rolling mill and continuous casting,form the following product extension,build energy saving process flow production line,put forward the conception of developing.
