摘要
650 mm连轧机的换辊组距多,轧制过程中轧件稳定性差,导卫承受轧件强度低,针对这些问题,我们通过向850 mm连轧机转移三个产品规格,使650 mm连轧机大换辊组距数量由原来的四套减少到两套,通过对单曲线椭圆孔型与双曲线椭圆孔型优势对比,确定了将原单曲线椭圆孔型改变成双曲线椭圆孔型,使轧件在孔型中的稳定性得到明显提高。我们还设计制作了新入口导卫,不仅增加了650 mm连轧机入口导卫对轧件的扶持强度,而且还降低了成本,为生产不锈钢、高合金钢等品种提供了有利条件。
There are many sets of roll changing distances in 650 mm continuous rolling mill,and the stability of the rolling piece is poor during rolling,and the guide guard bears the low strength of the rolling piece. In view of these problems,three product specifications are transferred to the 850 mm continuous rolling mill,which make the number of large roll changing distance of 650 mm continuous rolling mill be reduced from four sets to two sets. By comparing the advantages of single curve elliptic pass and hyperbolic elliptic pass,it is determined to change the original single curve elliptic pass into hyperbolic elliptic pass. The stability of rolling piece in pass is improved obviously. A new inlet guide is also designed and manufactured,which not only increases the support strength of the inlet guide of 650 mm continuous rolling mill for rolling piece,but also reduces the cost. It provides favorable conditions for the production of stainless steel and high alloy steel.
