摘要
本文主要研究滤膜法测定粪大肠菌群减少培养时间在实际监测工作中的可行性,测定不同培养时间对粪大肠菌群实验结果的影响。结果表明,处理效果好、受污染较少的废水培养16小时即可得到有效结果,浊度大、水质状况复杂的废水培养22小时以上才能得到有效结果。
This essay aims to study the feasibility of reducing the incubation time of fecal coliform measurement with filter membrane method in the actual monitoring tasks and measure the effect of different incubation time spent on the fecal coliform experiments. The results show that 16 hours of incubation can help to reach a valid result for the sewage that is polluted less and managed well; for the sewage that is highly turbid with complex water quality, more than 22 hours is required in order to reach a valid result.
