山东省部分蔬菜滞销案例解剖及深层原因探究

摘要
以蒜薹和洋葱两次典型事件为引线,对当前山东省及全国范围内的蔬菜产业体系存在的生产、经营、仓储、市场营销等问题进行了系统梳理,提出了应对此类市场突发事件的方法与措施,以期对指导山东省和全国的蔬菜生产、营销有一定的借鉴作用。
We made an in-depth analysis through the recent garlic and onion two typical events and draw an conclusion: there were many problems in production,operation,storage and marketing of vegetable industry system in Shandong Province and China at present,and put forward the methods and measures to deal with such emergencies in order to guide the vegetable production and marketing in Shandong Province and the whole country.
