湖南省农村厕所革命与厕所节能减排效应探究

摘要
为深入了解湖南省农村"厕所革命"的现实情况,探索实现厕所节能减排效应的有效路径,课题组以习近平总书记关于"厕所革命"的系列论述为指导,全面分析了湖南省农村"厕所革命"所面临的现状和存在的问题,对湖南省农村1 651份调查问卷进行实证分析。结果表明:经济因素、政治因素和思想观念因素是影响农村"厕所革命"的三大主要因素;并由此提出推进"思想观念革命""厕所科技革命"和"粪污处理革命"等是实施农村"厕所革命"和实现厕所节能减排效应的有效路径。
In order to deeply understand the reality of the rural "toilet revolution" in Hunan Province and explore the effective way to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction of toilets, the research group, guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of discussions on "toilet revolution", comprehensively analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the rural toilet revolution in Hunan Province. Empirical analysis was made on 1 651 questionnaires in rural areas of Hunan Province. The results show that economic,political and ideological factors are the three main factors influencing the rural toilet revolution. Therefore, the effective ways to implement the rural "toilet revolution" and realize the effect of energy saving and emission reduction of toilets are to promote the "ideological revolution", "toilet science and technology revolution" and "sewage treatment revolution".
