合肥市滨湖新区建设模式的评价及优化研究

摘要
大数据时代,地理信息手段丰富了城市新区建设的参考系,为新区规划建设提供了更加及时、科学的依据。在十九大报告提出要科学规划,注重生态建设,协调地区均衡发展的背景下,合肥市滨湖新区应当进一步发挥沿湖优势,发展特色产业,完善各种配套设施,注重可持续发展理论在新时期的应用,推进文旅先导的滨湖新区建设模式。
In the big data era,the geographic information methods enriched the reference system of the construction of new urban area,and it provided a more timely and scientific basis of the planning and construction of the new area. Under the background of scientific planning,ecological construction and balanced regional development,the New Binhu Region in Hefei City should further develop its location advantage and special regional industries,improve the supporting facilities,and focus on the application of sustainable development. The New Binhu Region should take culture and tourism industry as its forerunner industry.
