摘要
为了保证中国散裂中子源漂移管直线加速器安全、稳定、可靠地运行,利用横河FA-M3 PLC搭建了基于实验物理及工业控制系统软件框架的水冷联锁系统。该系统监测漂移管直线加速器冷却水系统流量开关、流量计和温度传感器的状态,并进行逻辑运算,为磁铁电源和射频系统提供联锁保护信号。目前,该系统已完成现场安装和调试,并已正式投入运行。
        In order to guarantee a safe,stable,and reliable operation for the Drift Tube Linac(DTL) of Chinese Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS),the DTL water cooling interlock system was built under the Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System(EPICS) software framework using YOKOGAWA FA-M3 PLCs. This system can monitor the status of flow switches,flow meters and temperature sensors of the DTL water cooling system,and perform logical operations,then furnish interlock protection signals to the magnet power supply and radio frequency systems. Now the installation and test of this system has been completed,and it has been put into service.
