稳定期精神分裂症患者认知功能应用心理治疗的效果探讨

摘要
目的对稳定期精神分裂症患者认知功能应用心理治疗的临床效果进行观察分析。方法随机选取该院2013年4月—2015年6月接受的120例稳定期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各60例。其中对照组患者采取常规方法,利用抗精神病类药物进行治疗,观察组患者在前者常规治疗方法的基础上联合采用心理干预治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果,将对比结果进行总结分析。结果观察组患者的各项评分分别为记忆评分(46.96±6.68)分、智商评分(101.23±12.02)分、操作能力评分(26.84±4.39)分,而对照组的记忆评分(39.86±5.87)分、智商评分(90.64±11.04)分、操作能力评分(20.45±3.64)分。对比结果表明,观察组各项评分显著优于后者(P<0.05)。结论对于改善稳定期精分患者的认知功能,采用心理治疗的总体效果较好,可以广泛应用于临床。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of psychotherapy on patients with stable schizophrenia.Methods 120 patients with stable schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each. Both groups were treated by the conventional method, that is, treated by the antipsychotic drugs, in addition, the observation group were treated by the psychotherapy. And the treatment effect of the two groups was compared; the result of comparison was summarized and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had much higher memory score [(46.96±6.68) points vs(39.86±5.87) points], obviously higher IQ score [(101.23 ±12.02) points vs(90.64 ±11.04)points], significantly higher operation ability score [(26.84±4.39) points vs(20.45±3.64) points] with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion For improving the cognitive function of patients with stable schizophrenia, the overall effect of psychotherapy is better, so it can be applied to clinical practice.
