现代化选煤厂磁选系统节能降耗改造探析

摘要
通常动力选煤厂因块煤洗选,稀介质中煤泥含量极少,但是其磁选机的磁选效率却未引起重视。针对目前动力选煤厂磁选机磁选效率低下等现象,为提高动力煤选煤厂磁选机的磁选效率,阐述了通过综合考虑以及研究分析磁选机入料浓度和入料流量等影响磁选机磁选效率的因素,提出通过加强磁选机的运行管理的磁选系统节能降耗改造方法,从而提高磁选机磁选效率。
        Usually, because of lump coal washing, the slime content in dilute medium is very small in power coal preparation plant,but the magnetic separation efficiency of its magnetic separator has not been paid attention to. Aiming at the low magnetic separation efficiency of magnetic separator in power coal preparation plant at present, in order to improve the magnetic separation efficiency of magnetic separator in power coal preparation plant, the factors affecting magnetic separation efficiency of magnetic separator, such as feed concentration and feed flow rate of magnetic separator, were elaborated through comprehensive consideration and analysis. The energy-saving and loss-reducing transformation method of magnetic separation system by strengthening the operation management of magnetic separator was put forward, so as to improve the magnetic separation efficiency.
