自拟补益散结饮辅助治疗对食管癌患者术后肠内营养的耐受性与营养水平的影响

摘要
目的探讨自拟补益散结饮辅助治疗对食管癌患者术后肠内营养的耐受性及营养水平的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2018年1月我院肿瘤科收治的82例食管癌患者为研究对象,采用随机对照的方法将其分为对照组40例和研究组42例,对照组实施肠内营养混悬液支持治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予自拟补益散结饮辅助疗法。比较两组患者肠内营养耐受性、中医证候积分、免疫功能变化、营养指标变化。结果研究组患者肠内营养耐受率高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者证候积分低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组免疫功能及营养指标水平优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论食管癌患者术后采用自拟补益散结饮辅助治疗,有效改善患者免疫系统,提高营养状态,效果显著,具有临床运用价值。
        Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Buyi Sanjie decoction adjuvant therapy on postoperative enteral nutrition tolerance and nutrition level in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods To select 82 cases of patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to our department of oncology from February 2016 to January 2018 as study subjects,and they were divided into control group with 40 cases and study group with 42 cases randomly. Patients in the control group were treated by enteral nutritional suspension supportive treatment. Patients in the study group was given self-made Buyi Sanjie decoction adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group. The enteral nutrition tolerance,TCM syndrome score,immune function change,nutritional index change of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The enteral nutrition tolerance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The immune function and nutritional index of the study group were better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Treating patients with esophageal cancer by self-made Buyi Sanjie decoction can improve the patient's immune system and nutritional status effectively. It has significant effects as well as clinical application values.
